  The restroom is always a mess in San Bruno, CA branch. Today several stalls are closed and no toilet papers or papers for toilet seats. In the past some one always signed off cleaning the restroom for the entire day??? I shop here often and hate to see this dirty and run down location closed. Store needs to hire qualified cleaning crew. Why removed the chairs in fitting rooms? Some people need to sit down to try on clothes. Only one women fitting room is open today. Store needs to hire security personnel to follow up on frequent alarm alerts to stop shoplifting. Who is managing this store? This store needs a lot of improvement.
